Coinbase Missing 1 Minute Price Data

This script calls the server to suss what 1 minute data is missing.
It is safe to run at any time, even if it says there is no data missing.
This script calls the server to load one days data at a time so that progress can be shown on the screen here.
It will show a list of days with missing data for BTC-GBP. (override wtih ?coin=XXX-YYY).
And give you the option to get the missing data for all coins.
The process will pause near the minute switch over so it doesn't interfere with the normal minute data pickup.
